- My top skills: I am a dedicated and well‑trained rower with a strong competitive record, including a bronze medal in the NSW State Masters in 2023–24 in the single scull. In 2024–25, I stepped away from racing to complete a major endurance achievement: rowing the full 2,600 km length of the Murray River with my high‑school son. Together, we became the first mother–son team to complete the journey on the world’s third‑longest navigable river. At local regattas, I have consistently delivered strong performances, earning multiple first‑place finishes across single, double, and mixed quad events while rowing with highly experienced crews. I am comfortable sustaining high race rates, typically between 32 and 36. My erg times reflect solid fitness and discipline: • 1000 m – 3:56 • 2000 m – 8:02 • 5000 m – 21:40 I bring determination, resilience, and good race rhythm to the boat. Like all committed athletes, I continue to refine my technique, particularly improving my catch consistency. I follow well, take feedback, adapt quickly, and thrive in both individual and crew environments.
